Some parts of it would work, but others were completely blank and wouldn’t let us put any information into it. Master Computing came by, spent some time in our IT closet, then came out and said we were good to go. Sure enough, I opened it back up, and everything was working. There were menus and forms that I had never even known were there that make my job 10X easier.

Our work with Justin Shelley and his friendly and knowledgeable team at Master Computing, to replace a server and several old computers, was beyond our expectations in terms of cost savings and speed with which we accomplished our goal. They were able to transfer the data and get everything working remotely and without any disruption to our daily workflow. Master Computing cold called my business six months ago. I rarely listen to these nuisance calls; however, the salesperson was polite and professional. They said they would manage all of our computer needs. We have four computers and they fixed old problems. They also do regular maintenance remotely. They are located in Denton but come to Roanoke in a flash. They set us up to back-up our data to an off-site storage facility. When we encounter wireless problems they have helped to fix them quickly.
