They were able to transfer the data and get everything working remotely and with-out any disruption to our daily workflow. We use our laptops for everything, and as tends to happen they get beat-up pretty hard. We’re always on the move from our desks to patient-rooms and if they are out of commission, so are we. Master Computing cold called my business six months ago. I rarely listen to these nusiense calls; however, the salesperson was polite and professional. They said they would manage all of our computer needs. We have four computers and they fixed old problems. They also do regular maintenance remotely. They are located in Denton but come to Roanoke in a flash. They set us up to back-up our data to an off-site storage facility. When we encounter wireless problems they have helped to fix quickly.
