Workstations

This is where the rubber hits the road. To the majority of your workforce, this is home. To any organization’s bottom line, this is what turns the ink red or black.

Workstations need to do just that: work! They need to work smoothly. They need to work quickly. They need to work smart.

There are two keys to making workstations work:
  1. Start with the right equipment
Outdated or underpowered computers can destroy the productivity of the most determined individual. So we first identify the needs, then we make sure the technology matches those needs. On the other hand, computers can quickly turn into money pits. “Cutting edge” technology is almost never a requirement. The key is getting the most productivity for the least amount of money.

Our business is not built on selling computers, so we have no motivation to sell you more than you need. In fact, in almost all cases we refer our clients to Dell or similar companies for computer purchases.

  2. Proper maintenance
As with Network Maintenance, the best approach here is our Proactive Protection Plan. Sure, we can respond to emergency calls when a hard drive tanks and all data is lost. But we prefer to prevent such disasters.

It would be foolish to think there will never be an unexpected urgent need. Fortunately, most of these can be handled immediately through secure and private remote administration software. This allows us to respond immediately. And should an on-site visit be required, we will be there with minimal delay.
